This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user information in relation to our Cybermancy and sigil generation application.
We deeply respect the privacy of your esoteric practices. We understand that a magical "Intention" or "Will" is highly sensitive and private information. Therefore, our architecture is designed to prioritize local processing (On-Device) and security, ensuring your desires remain solely yours.
1. Information We Collect
1.1. User Input Data (Intentions and Wills)
To fulfill the App's primary purpose (creating digital magical sigils based on Austin Osman Spare techniques and Goetic magic), users must input text (their "Intention").
Privacy of Intention: The text of your intentions is processed exclusively on your device using cryptographic entropy algorithms.
No Transmission: We do NOT collect, store, upload, or transmit your written intentions to external servers. Once the sigil is generated or the session is closed, temporary text data is wiped from operational memory unless you explicitly choose to save the final result as an image.
1.2. Device and Usage Data
We may collect non-personally identifiable technical information to ensure the correct functioning of sacred geometry rendering and app stability, such as:
Device model and operating system version.
Language settings (to support our interface in Spanish, English, German, Italian, and French).
Anonymous crash logs to improve App stability.
1.3. Storage and Gallery Permissions
To use the "Consolidate" feature (saving the generated sigil), the App requires permission to access your device's storage or photo gallery.
This permission is used strictly to write/save the sigil image file to your device.
We do not read, analyze, or access your existing personal photos.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
Sigil Generation: To mathematically process your text input into graphic vectors using occult alphabets (Runic, Egyptian, Hebrew, etc.) and Planetary Kameas.
App Functionality: To enable ritual customization (stroke intensity, "Celestial Gold" and "Obsidian" aesthetics).
Local Saving: To store the final visual manifestation in your device's gallery upon your explicit command.
3. Third-Party Technologies
The App may use third-party services for standard functionalities unrelated to the magical/ritual process:
Analytics (e.g., Google Firebase): To analyze technical performance metrics (e.g., monitoring rendering lag on complex Kameas).
Advertising Networks (if applicable): If the application is ad-supported, providers may use advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads.
Note: These services do not have access to the content of your written intentions.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. The sacred geometry generation utilizes cryptographic entropy, ensuring that the sigil creation process is mathematically unique and secure within the device's environment. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our Application deals with esoteric practices and occultism. It is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information immediately. Parental supervision is recommended due to the theoretical and ritualistic nature of the application.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have specific rights regarding your digital data. Since Magickal Seals Generator does not store your intentions on our servers, you maintain full control:
Access and Rectification: You control the input data in real-time within the App.
Deletion: You can delete any saved sigil directly from your phone’s gallery. Uninstalling the application removes all local settings and preferences.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in features (e.g., adding new alphabets or tracing methods). We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
